Can I apply for trial work?
Yes, we provide trial work for absolutely FREE to the new clients to allow them judge our quality before deciding to place order. However, we offer no payment required before your job is Done so there is no risk from your side. You pay only when you receive the completed images and are happy with the quality.

How do I place an order?
Sign up for a free account (if you already don’t have one), it takes maximum 2 minutes.
Log in using your username and password.
Upload your images and submit the “Place an Order” form. That’s it.

What is your payment term?
You don’t need to pay before your job is finished. You pay once you receive the completed images and are happy with the quality.

How do you guarantee 100% accuracy in your work?
All the DTP professionals at Clipping path Network are specially trained in the field they are working on and have several years of work experience. Moreover, we check all images for three times before sending to the client. We always look to build long time relationship with our customers so we try our best to provide as best quality work and service as possible.

How do I pay you?
Once a batch of work is completed, we send you an invoice which contains all the details including a Network to click on to make the payment. You can also login to your account to see all your invoices and pay any due one at any time you want. We accept payment through paypal so you can pay with your Paypal account, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo or Direct Debit. You can also transfer money to our UK bank account and for UK customers a cheque may also be sent to our UK office.

What happens if I find problem with any completed image?
At Clipping Path Network, we deal with your images very carefully with highly skilled DTP professionals and we do not expect this to happen. However, in the unfortunate event just drop us an email and we take that very seriously to redo as soon as possible. Obviously redo a job is absolutely FREE.

Do you have any minimum order requirement?
No, you can send any amount of image you want. We always appreciate your business and try our best to provide as easy and flexible service as possible.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity level of your images and the quantity. We deliver most jobs within 12 hours but if you send say for example 5, 10 or 20 image, we may deliver within one hour or two. We also appreciate our client’s urgency, so if you have any urgent job, just let us know and we will put high priority on that to finish ASAP without any extra fees. We let you know the turnaround time along with the quotation once we receive your images.

What are your working hours?
Our production team works 24/7 and 365 days a year.

What maximum file size do you accept?
There is no limitation on the file size. You can upload as large file as you need. However, our online uploader has a limitation, it can’t upload any file that is more than 64 MB but you can upload as many file as you want at once. You need to use FTP if you have any image that is more than 64 MB.

How can I receive a quotation and within how long?
If you are not registered into our website yet, please look at the top menu for “Quote Request”, use that Network to request for a quote. If you have signed up and already logged in, please look for the Network “Request for Quotation” on the left hand side under Control Panel, use that form to send a quote request.

We understand the value of your time so we have decided to supply all quotations within one hour. No matter what time it is, because our team works 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

What file type can I send you?
You can send us any type of file, whether it is JPG, TIFF, PSD OR EPS. However, to save your uploading time as well as ours, it is recommended that you send JPG files if it is ok with your end requirement. But of-course it is up to you which format you would prefer.

What formate will the completed files be?
It depends on the type of your job. We provide almost any kind of format. If you need just a clipping path, then JPG is fine, but if you need masking then PNG, PSD or TIFF would be perfect. You can let us know which format you want and we will do that for you.

Will my images be used for commercial purposes?
Absolutely not. We are committed to our clients that we will not sell or share any images without their consent, except the trial work that we normally use into our website as for work sample. But you can also stop that by sending us an email.

Are my images secure with you?
Yes, 100%. All of our personnel are signed on a non-disclosure bond that they will not take any image out of the workplace and not use or sell in any situation. Our equipments are also protected by firewall for both inbound and outbound security and we have the latest anti-virus protection in all computers.

Is my FTP account secure enough?
Yes, we create individual FTP account for each and every customer with their unique username and password. Only you and ourselves get access to that FTP account.

How do I send when I haave thousands of images?
If you think it is not possible for you to send through internet using FTP, then you can copy all files into DVDs or a hard drive and send directly to our production site.
